Casa Lasai is an expression of architecture that transcends conventional boundaries, where design stands as a dialogue with the natural environment, a choreographic ballet between native materials and local craftsmanship. In this daring dance, the possibilities of subtractive forms are explored, challenging established paradigms and giving rise to spaces that transcend the dichotomy between interior and exterior.

With meticulous attention to orientation and topography, we have maximized the potential of the terraces to create a symphony of experiences through the different levels of the residence.

On the -1 level, two intimate bedrooms are connected through a yoga space, a serene sanctuary beneath the pool’s reflection, merging body and mind in an architectural embrace.

On the ground floor, the kitchen, living room, and dining area intertwine with the pool and outdoor leisure area, inviting communion with nature in every corner.

And as a poetic culmination, on the +1 level, stands a majestic lookout, a beacon of contemplation that opens the doors to the horizon, celebrating the harmony between man and his surroundings. Thus, the Casa Balatá stands as a testament to the fusion of architectural vision and the heartbeat of the place, where each space is an ode to beauty and functionality in perfect harmony.
